So What DO You Eat?….revisited

So it has been a while since I posted any food from my uber strict diet. I am again prompted to post because I have been getting those questions again…”what DO you eat?”

For any newbies I am gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, soy-free, starch-free, …no processed foods or anything artificial.
So for tonight I am eating
Zucchini Coconut Flour bread (yum!)
With chimichurri, egg, and gingered carrots

  1. I follow the MCT Ketogenics Diet. No soy, no gluten, and no sugar including fruit. My carb intake daily is 20-50 grams and that is mostly from organic rice which is 44 grams per 1/2 cup. I make my own mayo, almond butter with coconut oil. I still eat cheese, but mainly on eggs.

    So out diets are pretty similar. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I just got back from a work conference where they make sure to provide meals and snacks at every break. Of course none of it was on my diet, so good thing I went prepared.
    Organic, gluten and dairy free, low to no sugar type things (I do eat some bars when I need something quick), I have an apple almost everyday but rarely any other fruits unless one thrown into a green juice. Soy-only if in one of the bars. One thing the doc told me to add to my diet: Himalayan salt for the adrenals.
